💼 Salary and Pay Scale
- Pay Band – 4
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month
- Grade Pay: ₹14,500
- Plus admissible allowances as per Assam Government rules.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Nationality
- Must be an Indian Citizen and permanent resident of Assam.
- Must possess a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
✅ Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University in India or abroad.
- Minimum 2nd Class Honours (Major) or Distinction in degree course is required.
✅ Experience
- At least 8 years of responsible service in a Government Department or PSU, with at least 5 years in a rank not below Assistant Director of Industries or equivalent.
✅ Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)
- Minimum: 30 years
- Maximum: 45 years
- Relaxation:
- SC/ST: up to 50 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 48 years
- PwBD: up to 55 years
- Ex-servicemen: up to 50 years (further relaxation applicable)
